All print materials will be charged upfront. We do not print any designs that feature elements similar to ID cards, credit/debit cards, Federal Documents, etc.

If the client provides design, Brilliant agency is not responsible for mistakes in the design. 
Design by Brilliant agency:
Logo design is not included in the price. The client must provide all information. The client can request up to (3) revisions of the design without any additional cost. The client must approve all designs through email. Once the design is approved order will be placed, and the client will receive the email with an estimated delivery date. Due to covid-19 and stuff shortage delivery can be delayed. Brilliant agency is not responsible for delivery delays. Delivery service to be provided by the third party. We do not accept the returns of print materials.
